What You Will Learn & Embody

This training gives you the foundations, structure, and practical experience to become a confident sound practitioner.

  • Move beyond technique into a deeper understanding of sound as intelligence.

Explore vibration as a regulating and organising presence within the body, brain, and nervous system, and how it communicates, restores, and brings systems back into coherence.

  • Learn how sound interacts with the physical body, energetic anatomy, fascia, and neurological pathways.

You will explore how frequency influences the nervous system, endocrine response, and states of consciousness, bridging traditional wisdom with modern scientific understanding.

  • Develop a grounded understanding of safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation when working with individuals and groups.

This training prioritises responsibility over intensity, helping you create spaces that feel steady, contained, and genuinely supportive.

  • Develop a grounded and responsive relationship with instruments, frequency, and voice.

You will learn how to apply sound intentionally, understanding when and why to use specific tones, rhythms, and frequencies within both 1:1 and group settings.

  • Learn how to structure, open, guide, and close both 1:1 and group sessions with coherence and confidence.

Alongside clear frameworks and pacing, you will develop intuitive awareness and learn how your own regulated nervous system becomes the first instrument in the room.

You will understand how to read the space, attune to subtle shifts, and respond in real time while still holding strong structure and responsibility.

Emphasis is placed on presence, safety, and leading from embodiment rather than performance.

  • You will move from theory into embodied practice through guided training, reflection, and application, preparing you for real world facilitation.

This includes live practice sessions, structured feedback, and the confidence to lead in both in person and online environments.

We also cover the practical foundations of online facilitation, including Zoom setup, sound quality, microphone guidance, and how to create a professional and grounded virtual experience.

  • Step into your role as a practitioner with clarity and self trust.

We explore what it means to lead from alignment rather than pressure, to honour your boundaries, and to hold your work in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and deeply yours..

How Sound Healing Transforms Lives

Sound healing communicates directly with the body’s innate intelligence. Through vibration, frequency, and resonance, it engages the nervous system, brainwaves, fascia, and subtle energetic layers at once

Emerging research in neuroscience and psychophysiology continues to demonstrate how vibration and frequency influence brainwave states, heart rate variability, and the stress response.

As sound moves through the body, it supports coherence in areas that have learned to hold, brace, or disconnect. The system gradually reorganises into greater harmony, supporting emotional regulation, clearer perception, and a deeper sense of inner safety.

As the nervous system finds greater ease, clarity naturally begins to return, and intuition becomes something you can actually hear and trust. When frequency is restored to balance, there is often a subtle reorganisation in how you experience yourself, your emotions, and the way you move through life.

Sound healing is an embodied process that reconnects the body with its capacity for regulation and awareness. Through lived experience, the body remembers how to return to balance, presence, and internal stability in a way that feels natural and integrated.

This training exists to support you in working with sound at this level of depth and precision, so you can facilitate from a place of grounded presence and true nervous system awareness.

How Sound Healing Became My Life’s Work

A woman with long dark wavy hair holding a singing bowl, kneeling on one knee over a person lying on the ground in a lush green forest.
A woman sitting on the floor with singing bowls in front of her, surrounded by people in a room.

Sound healing became my life’s work not because I set out to teach it, but because I experienced, firsthand, how powerfully it works with the human system.

I have been on my own wellness and self inquiry journey for over fifteen years. Through many modalities, practices, teachers, and seasons of growth, I kept returning to one thing - Sound.

What I discovered through both lived experience and formal study is that sound communicates directly with the body in a way that requires no force, no performance, and no striving. It works through vibration, frequency, and resonance. It bypasses overthinking and meets the nervous system exactly where it is.

Over the years, through extensive study, hands on practice, and facilitation across therapeutic, artistic, and educational spaces, I witnessed how precisely sound restores coherence in places where the body has learned to brace, disconnect, or shut down. I saw how it softens what meditation sometimes cannot reach when someone is too activated to sit still, or too overwhelmed to focus on breath.

Sound is powerful because it is a universal language. You do not need to try. You do not need to be good at it. You do not need to “do” anything. The body responds naturally. It remembers.

As the work deepened, so did the spaces I was invited into. I worked as the resident sound healer at The LUME Melbourne and have since facilitated at wellness summits, retreats, private events, and corporate settings across Australia and internationally. My work has included collaborations with GOOP and KAILO Spa, international retreats and workshops including time spent working in Dubai, and sessions held across both intimate therapeutic environments and large scale public venues. My perspective on sound healing has also been featured in publications including The Australian, Marie Claire, and Vogue.

I’ve had the privilege of facilitating sound for thousands of people - from small, private sessions to opening for David the Medium at sold-out shows in Melbourne and at the Sydney Opera House. I’ve also worked with a range of brands and organisations, including By Charlotte, Forbes, Swisse, NAB, and others, as well as private clients and events.

Through all of this, one truth has remained steady for me. Sound does not create change by pushing or forcing. It creates change by offering safety. When the body feels safe enough, it softens. And when it softens, it reorganises and returns to its own intelligence.

This training was born from that understanding.

It carries the depth of my study, the refinement of years of facilitation, and the lived experience of walking this path myself. It is designed to support you not just in learning techniques, but in understanding how to work with sound responsibly, relationally, and with true nervous system awareness.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
